Moi-même-Moitié was founded in 1999 by MALICE MIZER / Moi dix Mois guitarist Mana.
The brand name consists of the French words Moi - me, même - self and Moitié - half. With the meaning of "One's alter ego as well as one's self", the term was coined by founder Mana.

As much as its a beautiful doll & i know japan loves limited edition 😹 well, everyhin' 🤔 i do wish brands catered te Super Dollfie in a mair permanent way. Blouses, socks, basic skirts, jumperskirts, headdresses, an' the odd wintercoat.
Te be honest, when i want te twin wi' ma Super Dollfie, its frustratin', that dress sets fae lolita brands, only come wi' a Limited Edition doll, or as limited Edition sets. So, i do wish the items that areny easy te make at hame, were available.
It would be nice te hae easier te obtain, premade lolita items, fir Super Dollfie 😹 i already handsew fir ma doll fae auld Gothic & Lolita Bible patterns & a Lolita edition of a doll mook, as well as miniaturise crochet & knittin' patterns,,,but, coats areny easy te make in 1/3 scale, where i am. Unless i make a spring coat in cotton twill. Wintet coats in wool,,,its difficult te get thin enough.
There needs te be mair Volks collaberations.
Spoil the dolls like Sara Crewe & her Emily?
Let SD10, SD13, an' SDgr girls wear lolita mair aften?
